My role was the 8 story North Wing and the 4 story Orthopedics Buildings, doing general contractor and some sub-contractor management.
$139 million in new buildings onsite. Managed the General Contractor Tutor Construction with the joint venture of Turner Construction and UCLA Medical Center.

Managed all construction projects, several superintendents, foremen, and up to 100 construction personnel at any given time. This included interfacing with administration, Doctors, Supervisors, and Architects.
I have conducted all types of meetings relating to projects and managed approximately 30 remodels per year and $1.5 million in maintenance. Additionally I helped with designing the Kaiser Web site
Agencies that I worked with daily are as follows: OSHPD, JCAHO, DHS, EHS and Local Building Departments as well as all Trades Unions.

Construction Manager – Baldwin Park Sep 91- June 96
Kaiser’s representative for the Construction of building of a 740,000 square foot Medical Center. This job consisted of all project meetings, walking the job site daily, inspecting the work to make sure it was up to Kaiser standards and installation of medical equipment. I also took care of approximately 1,000,000 Square Feet of Regional and medical office buildings; including all maintenance and projects in these buildings.
Interim Project Manager – Harbor City May 90 - Oct. 90
Computer Scheduling and Estimating - Supervised Central Plant retrofit project. Managed and supervised all foreman, and all sub contractors outside of Kaiser. I conducted project, Phasing, pre-construction, bidding and weekly job site meetings. I supervised hospital and clinic maintenance and construction of new clinics. I interfaced with and managed OSHPD projects. Transferred back to Anaheim for a short time and then became Construction Manager for the new Baldwin Park Medical Center and outline Facilities.
