Install ALSIM beverage filling machinery to include fillers, blenders, and CIP systems. Duties
Include; setting machines in place, connecting all associated plumbing to include; air,
water, co2, nitrogen, and assist in electrical connections. Also, when ready, call in program
installers and assist in program check out. Prepare machine for start up and making final
adjustments. Stay on site or return for system start up and production certification.
Other duties include, all field modifications of machinery, trouble shooting, and system
repairs. Last year spent time training with a DC-20 blow molder on site.

Position: Field Service Technician
Modify and enhance beverage preparation systems and filling machines for major beverage companies worldwide. Duties include boring of filling bowl, assembling and installing new fluid handling parts and pressure controls. Re-piping existing plumbing between carbonation system and filling machine, typically 2", 3" and 4" stainless steel sanitary pipe. TIG welding and field modifications are necessary due to each system being custom designed to meet customer’s needs. Coordination of crewmembers. Training plant personnel on operation and maintenance of new equipment. Service calls to trouble shoot problems. Recently receiving field training on PLC’s to include Allen Bradley and some Siemens step 7 in the field from our electronics people. Filler experience includes Crown counter pressure fillers, Crown O&H volumetric fillers. Carbo cooler experience includes modification of Majohnnier single and double tank systems, Crown O&H Intermix MD-40, C-60 mixer installation and set up, mechanical only. Modification of Crown carbo coolers.

Review work authorization prior to performing job. Interface with shop, engineer and NASA to document problems and discrepancies to make correction. Ensure job is done correctly and safely by work authorization. Perform electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic testing of vehicle. Perform post flight and pre flight inspections. Interpret blue print and electrical schematics. Close work authorization prior to roll out. Extensive firing room support including SOOO 7 Launch. Supported the vehicle assembly building and launch pad. Perform SCAPE (Self Contained Atmospheric Pressure Equipment) operations to load and unload hypergolic fuels.

Received letter of appreciation from Commander for dedication and support rendered 380th Bomber Wing. Completed F/FB-111 Maintenance Training Program. Maintained and dispatched special purposed vehicles to fleet twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Acquired experience in driving MB2 and MB4 aircraft tow vehicles, TM 1800 aircraft deicer and 10 K forklift. Serviced liquid and gaseous oxygen and liquid nitrogen carts for use on flight line. Held secret security clearance and honorably discharged with E4 ranking.

Contributed to wing's excellent rating during operational readiness inspection and NATO tactical evaluation. Close attention to detail, led to selection to perform daily servicing for all aircraft. With crew, successfully and completely re-configured six aircraft in four and one-half hours. Performed functional checks and preventive maintenance on all aircraft.
