Responsibilities:
Supervised construction of new homes from foundation to settlement.
This includes daily walk through of homes in construction, daily contact with sub contractors, homeowners and suppliers. Daily communication with township municipalities to assure proper inspection and compliance with any and all blue prints, scope of work or designed floor plan and finishes, in order to build homes as expected. Organize site clean up, dumpster removal and safety meetings on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:
Manage jobsite construction, design and subcontractors in new retail and restaurant construction or redesign of existing structures and facades, as well as historic renovations (residential/commercial).
Daily communication with owners, architects and subcontractors as work is in progress.
Responsible for overall field operations on commercial and residential projects.
Designated as lead carpenter on residential projects.

Basic construction - framing, drywall, taping, millwork, cabinetry and fixtures.
