CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / ON-SITE PROJECT MANAGER
Over the last year I have brought our company back to a successful concrete division. The concrete division was struggling on performance and quality. City and Government bids were going to other sources. Now we have produced a 68 percent increase of our division sales, while regaining trust and reliability with our commercial community. Being complimented on our quality, compliance, and timeliness for our completion.
It is critical to be on top of new ordinance and compliance in working with City and Government contracts. My ability to bid large orders and the capability to submit permits and pass inspection has been a great asset to our department.
Being fluent in Spanish is a great attribute to this industry. Working well with others, while keeping a professional, yet confident employee relationship. Enjoyment of work is my heart and soul to my success. Always ready for new and challenging advancement to increase position and value. Willing to learn new innovative ways to enhance the end result.
