Sub-contractor negotiations/scopes of work for the North Carolina A&T
University Cooper Hall & Haley Hall renovation. My duties also required me to
handle all owner correspondences, questions and problems in the field, along
with the complete construction up to and including owner walk through and close
out documentation. I also compiled all CPM scheduling and prepared replies to
all the owner/architect questions, comments and problems on two elementary
school addition projects and the construction of a new $3.5 million middle
school project.
