Responsible for Division’s asset management from land acquisitions and takedowns to home site delivery to the customer. Planned and set quarterly numbers for Starts, New Orders and Deliveries. Oversight of all construction operations through Division’s Director of Construction and all sales operations through the Division’s Director of Sales.
