Responsible for multiple projects ranging from $80,000 to $5.6 million dollars, the largest being a gut rehab of an existing 109,000 sq ft office building in Greenwich, Ct for Willet Hines. Included new 7,000 amp electrical service from street and distributed throughout the building
Value engineered over $600,000 from the budget to realize Cost Savings Bonus for APC.
Completed project on time and earned an On Time Bonus for APC.
Simultaneously constructed two office build outs in the same building for Trilogy and Mercuria Energy Services valued at over $1.2 million dollars. Completed on schedule and within budget.
Served in LEED projects pre construction services up to and including $12 million dollar project in Norwalk, and another $7 million dollar project in Norwalk, Ct.
Nelson Group (8/06 – 8/07)
Title Owner’s Representative
Oversaw the construction of (8) new Citibanks in the Boston, MA area. They ranged from 5,000 to 6,500 sq. ft. My team provided new site Due Diligence reports, coordinated all consulting engineers and designers to assemble the construction drawings construction management through the successful completion of each. My workload was approximately $24 million dollars.
B.R. Fries and Associates, LLC (2/06 – 8/06)
Title Project Manager
Supervised $23 million dollar Home Depot in Jamaica, Queens, N.Y. including all sub-contractors, site superintendents at each project, site safety personnel, and assistant project managers. First change order was for 60,000 cubic yard excavation for over $2 million dollars.
Responsible for all sub contracts, sub contractors, all coordination with end user, etc.
Supervised $4 million dollar Levitz store in Valley Stream, NY at the same time
Supervised $1 million dollar Kmart World Headquarters office in downtown Manhattan, NY at the same time.
Pavarini McGovern (5/05 – 1/06)
Title Project Manager
Headed a nine-member team to construct 40 Mercer Street, a 14-story super high-end residential condominium building in SoHo. The architect was world renowned Andre Bilasz, and the designer was Jean Nouvelle.
Features included 14 ft high by 21 ft long living room walls that open mechanically lengthwise the entire length, sliding bookcases that were the doors to the master bedrooms, 9’ ft high interior doors, rare wood finishes and expensive glass bathroom sinks.
Project value was $77 million.

Commodore Construction Corporation, New York, NY (3/04 – 5/05)
Title Director of Operations
Responsible for all operations in the field, up to (300) union men daily, and all project management, including (7) project managers, (2) assistant project managers, (12) trade foremen, and a warehouse staff of (6).
Projects included The Hearst, Queens Vocational H.S., The Metropolitan Museum of Art, The Jazz at Lincoln Center, and valued from $15,000 to over $2 million dollars.
Responsible for the hiring and firing as needed of all personnel, evaluation of same, the recruiting and development of top talent.
Set company policies that eliminated theft, waste, and non-productive personnel.
Instituted Cost Analysis Program, an invaluable tool assisting Estimating in being more aggressive and successful in obtaining desired projects increasing profits by 21%.
Subolo Contracting, Pleasantville, NY (5/02-3/04)
Title Project Manager and Site Superintendent
Supervised all phases of a $3 million dollar, new construction, out of the ground pool house for the municipality of Mt. Kisco, NY. Footings and foundations were all cast in place concrete grade beams.
The first floor was constructed of architectural concrete columns that held 66 ft. long laminated wood trusses for the multi purpose room and gymnasium.
Responsibilities included maintaining the budget, hiring of all sub-contractors, inspect all work for conformance to plans and specifications, and coordinate all trades as the general contractor for a very demanding architect and construction manager.
IDI Construction Corporation, New York, NY (4/00-5/02)
Title Senior Project Manager
Supervised two projects, The Juilliard Building and 400 Madison Avenue. The Juilliard was a gut rehab of five; land marked adjoined buildings over 100 years old in lower Manhattan for Michael Steinberg of Steinberg and Pokoik.
Constructed (31) luxury condominiums at the Juilliard, selling all of them prior to completion of construction and only ten blocks from The World Trade Center during the disaster of 9/11. They ranged in price from $1.5 million dollars to over $4 million dollars each.
Simultaneously, I was the PM for the gut rehab of 400 Madison Avenue at the same time, a 22-story office building in midtown.
I was responsible for the budgets of both, the hiring of all sub-contractors, site superintendents and an APM. Managed all of the work daily, prepared all of the documentation of daily activities, monthly requisitions, and over (280) change orders totaling over $7 million dollars.
Kreisler Borg Florman Construction, Scarsdale, NY (6/95-4/00)
Title Project Manager/Superintendent/Project Coordinator
As the Owner’s representative (CM) I supervised dozens of NYC Schools for the School Construction Authority, apartment buildings for the NYC Housing Authority, and more schools for the NYC Department of Design and Construction. Projects included out of the ground new schools and additions, exterior renovations of the roofs, windows, masonry, concrete, asphalt paving, pre-cast coping stones, decorative terra cotta, historic restorations, and gymnasium floors. Also The Madison Belvedere, a 54 story high rise for Rose Associates.

Title Vice President of Operations
Too many projects to list here, but my responsibilities were those of an executive operating the company and all of the tasks associated with it as listed in my previous employment above. While there I increased sales from $500,000 to well over $6 million dollars annually and reduced the work force at the same time. Ask me about that one. I created and instituted Employee Profit Sharing Programs for our crews as incentives to increase their quality, safety, and productivity
