Proactively guided and supported the continual Network development and integration of five Affiliate companies into the Sprint Network.
• Served as primary network contact for five Affiliates, including 10 Mobile Switching Centers (MSC); tracking, coordinating and implementing new Sprint Network initiatives - served as Project Manager for two large projects
o Project managed the launch of cell sites and testing for new markets
• Successfully Project Managed the conversion of three Affiliate mobile switching centers from Type 2A to Type 2 to become aligned with Sprint standards on-time and within budget
o Project managed the conversion of the Affiliate MSCs’ point code to the Sprint Network
o Lead the team within Sprint to complete realignment of cell sites and platforms
o Synchronized activities with outside vendors, internal Sprint teams and the Affiliate team
o Coordinated testing activities and resources with each impacted team for the event
• Led network conversion of four Affiliates including five switches converting from a Type 3 to a Type 2A partnership enabling a seamless customer experience
• Project Managed the launch of 3 new MSC’s for the Affiliates: US Unwired & Horizon PCS
o Compiled the schedule of activities with timelines for a new switch launch
o Coordinated internal teams and Affiliate personnel
o Managed the weekly activities schedule of impacted groups
