This letter is to introduce myself as a potential candidate with your company. I have 30 years of experience supervising and managing various concrete restoration projects, and epoxy injection including Martin-Marietta, NASA-Shuttle Launch Pads-VAB, Disney, Condo’s and Bridge Restoration, Structural Repair. In addition, I have experience in all aspects of sales including bidding projects, writing proposals, and making presentations at seminars. My expertise also is hands on training in the field, supervising employees, coordinating, order supplies, monitoring all aspects of the project operations, and keeping detailed written accounts of projects. I have excellent customer relations for many years with many local engineers, contractors, and material suppliers. I have the ability to negotiate prices to allow for the best price possible. Not only do I have the knowledge of waterproofing and concrete restoration, but I bring to the table additional services in the soil stabilization field with, pressure grouting, chemical grouting, to stabilize loose soils which contributes to many structural failures.
I love working in the field along with all aspects of administration in the office to assure quality control. I am amicable and confident that I can increase your company sales and capabilities, building new customer relationships in the concrete repair and geo-technical field.
Sincerely,
Mike Gravenmier
