I respectfully would like to submit my resume and would like to introduce myself. I have been in the millwork trade for 30 years. Starting from the floor as a union apprentice through journeyman. In addition I have worked for a number of shops learning different aspects of the trades.
I have experience in all aspects of the architectural millwork trade from AWI QCP, wood, veneers, plastic laminates, solid surface, metals, lighting, and 3-Form. In addition I have great sub-contractor relations throughout the country for products and installations.
I have installation experience throughout the world as a lead installer through project manager on high-end millwork, fixtures, signage, and custom artwork, working with the general contractor to surpass the client’s expectations.
In the last 12 years I have worked as an estimator and project manager. I worked with the designers and architects on projects from the Heard Museum in Phoenix to Clinique at Bloomingdales in Manhattan, from design through completion. I have worked with numerous general contractors from Hunt at the Wild Horse Resort in Arizona to Shawmut in Las Vegas.
A list of my prior clients is Burberry, Clinique, Marriott, The Heard Museum, The Wynn Resorts, The Lodge Casino, Dell Webb, and numerous others.
I bring to you a wealth of experience, and a work ethic that will pull teams together with the clients, and general contractors to a synergy that exceeds all expectations and profitability.
Warmest Regards,
Geoff Waltz
