1 Recruited during framing stage of this extremely complicated project, through the recommendation of former client Doyle Barker / President of Jeffrey Group Homes.
2 Successfully resolved major issues in regards to documentation (soils engineer observations, deputy inspections, structural engineering observations) as required by city building and engineering departments.
3 Coordinated with architect, engineer and city plan checker to resolve major issues in regards to changes and plan discrepancies.
4 Coordinated with subcontractors and tradesman to resolve issues in regards to layout, trade scheduling, and potential future construction defect.
5 Coordinated with clients, architect and interior designers to produce an extremely high end and unique finish product.
6 Successfully adhered to budget and schedule, despite extraordinary challenges due to design changes and project complexity. Certificate of Occupancy was issued in under 2 years from project start.
