Superintendent
Oversees the daily construction activities at work sites, which also includes scheduling of workers, delivery of equipment and materials, and progress of the projects. Works with contractors to complete projects within the given budget and timeframes. Resolves contract disputes and arranges any necessary order changes. Maintains a clean and orderly job site. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
