Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and control all capital improvement projects for company owned facilities. This included identifying, budgeting, implementing and coordinating required capital expenditure activities.
2. Negotiating costs, selecting appropriate sub contractors, preparing work schedules, material and work orders, reviewing and approving progress payments.
3. Final on site inspection of completed projects to insure work order compliance, quality and completion of work.
