As time keeping consultant I was assigned by Unisys co. in Reston Virginia to eliminate inefficiencies and inaccuracies associated with their paper payroll process. As Cost Estimator, I assisted in the preparation of the design and development cost estimate for the proposed new student center on the campus of Morgan State University. The project included a new reinforced concrete building, a built-up roofing system over steel deck, brick veneer exterior, interior masonry and gypsum board partitions, an acoustical ceiling, and a state-of –the –art mechanical and electrical system. I also reviewed the contractor’s drawings, and managed site development, demolition, and grading.
