Overseen the construction of a 500 hundred man camp which included a 350 bed hospital, the camp had storage buildings, a power generating plant, fuel tanks water tanks. We also build a sewage plant. We had over 400 workers on jobsite. Once camp completed, I was transferred to field, I was in charge of refurbishing of 4 pumping stations. My duties consisted of overseeing all construction work on PS/1 PSC/ 1,2,3,5 the NGL Plant. Some pipe line refurbishing on all plants, and also in charge of the installation of 6 Desert Filters on the GE turbines to enable us to furnished electrical power for the oil industry. We were working for usace and every aspect of our job had to have certs, materials certs, welders, all have to have inspection reports. Making sure that we had all certifications on every thing that was done Waters purification reports daily productivity reports daily, also my Responsibilities consisted of verifying of all incoming and outgoing Personnel, Materials, Supplies, arriving on barge. Work for Chevron Tipo, Thailand. As Client Representative was assigned to represent Thaipo Thailand and to gather information on all parties involved on the Benchamas expansion project. I was given the added task of insuring that all pre-and shutdown, post shutdown items had been marked and tagged. I also was assigned to Chevron office to assist on the Technical evaluation of Phase 2 of project. Part of my assignment consisted of reviewing all procedures for shutdown.

Special Projects Superintendent in charge of all Gas Projects, Compressor Stations and all cross-country pipe lines. Construction of a gas compressor station. Installation of flow line from wellheads. Fabrication of main trunk lines involved in two river crossings. One of my duties was setting up a pipeline repair crew, we repaired all crude lines some dating back to the 50’s. 1977–1978 KELLOGG PLANT SERVICE; Baiji Iraq. Mechanical Superintendent Responsible for all mechanical pre- commissioning of an Ammonia / Urea plant. Coordinated major equipment shutdown and repair on vessels. Instrumental in the completion of test run commissioning of a very difficult plant and client. My job was to make sure all testing procedures complied with Kellogg regulations.
