Lathrop Elderly Apartments - Chicago, IL

Rehabilitation of 8 story, 92 unit apartment complex. Complete removal of existing MEP and finishes. Installation of new boilers, water heaters, electrical service, elevators, flooring, doors and appliances. Complete rehab of units.

Region II High School (Walter Payton College Prep High School) - Chicago, IL

New 185,000 SF three-story high school. This school consisted of a proscenium theater, 68,000 SF computer flooring, chemical fume hood, terrazzo flooring, skylights, curtain wall system and astronomy observation deck. Awarded “Project of the Year†by Midwest Construction Magazine in 2000.
Van Vlissingen Elementary School - Chicago, IL

New 178,000 SF three story elementary school. This school was accelerated to complete four months ahead of schedule. This school utilized burnish block walls, terrazzo flooring, multi purpose rooms and a full kitchen.
METRA Evanston Station Rehabilitation - Evanston, IL

Rehabilitation of existing train station and platform. Interior of station was refurbished and the roof was removed and replaced. The existing platforms and stairs were removed and new ADA ramps and platforms were installed. The train line was operational and supported during construction by pile and lagging.
CTA Green Line Rehabilitation - Chicago, IL
$25 million
Installation of new ties, running rail and contact rail on an elevated structural steel frame. This was an accelerated 10 month project with 230,000 ties, 115,000 LF of running rail, 27 turnouts, 110,000 LF of inner guard rail and timber guard, and 214,000 SF of fiberglass walkway. Supervised installation of ties and fiberglass walkway.
City of Littleton Street Rehabilitation Program - Littleton, CO
$8 million
Project entailed removal of streets, partial milling, overlays and asphalt paving. Supervised the work in Area One: removed 12 miles of paving, stabilized and recompacted 8 miles of subgrade, and completed asphalt paving.
MAC Light Rail Train Project - Denver, CO
$40 million
Installation of new light rail train system in downtown Denver. Project utilized over 26,400 concrete ties, 6 miles of track and 211,200 LF of rubber rail insulation. Night shift superintendent of track work. All running rail work was done at night, 6 days a week in 12 hour shifts, to minimize the impact on traffic.
Denver International Airport - Aurora, CO
Construction of two runways including CTB paving, concrete paving, runway underdrain, profilagraph work and layout for concrete grinders. Supervised the CTB paving operation during the day and worked split shift on the concrete paving at night. Upon the completion of the CTB paving, supervised 25 man crew laying filter fabric and drain tile at taxiway infields.
