Over three years of experience as a Millwright foreman at the Weston 4 power station in Wausau, Wisconsin. Responsible for a crew of 20 employees engaged in the construction/installation of rotating equipment including coal pulverizers, air pre heaters, rotary atomizers, primary air (centrifugal) and forced draft (axial) fans, and other associated equipment. Duties included creation of daily work assignments and job safety analyses (JSA). Responsible for meeting project completion dates. Assist Safety Manager with implementation of company safety program including site safety walk downs, employee safety orientation and training. Procurement of supplies and equipment, documentation verification, crew progress reviews, blue print in interpretation and conformance assurance to quality control standards. Assist commissioning engineers with startup activities. Conducted welder performance tests as authorized by the State of Wisconsin.

Millwright/Machine erector crewmember involved in the erection of a combined cycle single shaft gas turbine
generating unit at the La Paloma power station in McKittrick California. Worked with Quality/Material Control
department as company liaison with general contractor and equipment supplier (Alstom). Coordinated
documentation and inspection verification, read blueprints to insure work meet required specifications.
Performed documentation review and generated non-conformance reports. Conducted system walk-downs,
visual weld inspection, and torque and configuration verification. Generate/create site specific protocol sheets
and coordinate and attend weekly scheduling and QA audit meetings with UMM and owner representatives.
Worked closely with QA manager in turnover and startup operations (14 month project).

Consolidated Papers in Wisconsin Rapids Wisconsin. Duties included rigging and erection/installation of
