Identified schematic piping discrepancies early to avoid delays in scheduled equipment start-up.
OSU Bio-Containment Facility Boiler Installations (February 2009 to July 2009) Budget: $250K
Served as project manager to complete the addition of a dedicated steam supply system to a level 3 bio-containment facility for the Ohio State University Medical Center. Project required continued coordination with owner for access to avoid conflicts with local traffic and occupants. Delivered project on time despite delayed equipment shipment through properly coordinated recovery planning.
Eastland Mall Additions and Renovations (March 2005 to May 2006) Budget: $350K
Served as project manager to complete plumbing demolition and installation to accommodate mall expansion. Successfully managed 40+ change orders to 3x the original contract value.
