Aventis Pharmaceutical R&D Expansion, Bridgewater, NJ: ($150,000,000) This project included the construction of two new laboratory buildings. The Vivarium Facility is a 197,000 square foot, 3-story facility that will house canines, primates, and rodents. The Medicinal Chemistry Building encompasses 139,000 square feet of new laboratory space. The scope of the project also included expanding the central utility plant and constructing a precast parking structure with spaces for 700 vehicles
Princeton University Wallace Social Science Building, Princeton, NJ: ($20,000,000) New 75,000 square foot state-of-the-art building containing offices and classrooms for three Princeton departments, as well as a high–tech library and video conferencing rooms. The project received two awards, the 2001 Golden Trowel Award and Grand Award, which recognizes design and construction excellence. Site logistics where challenging because existing buildings closely surround the new building and specimen trees creating a logistical challenge that was successfully overcome.
New London Development - Fort Trumbull Municipal Development, New London, CT: ($70,000,000) The project encompassed extraordinary sitework and infrastructure for the redevelopment of an industrial waterfront property involving the construction of a new hotel/convention center and office building complex for the New London Development Corporation
Pharmacia Upjohn World Headquarters, Peapack, NJ: ($45,500,000) Fast track project consisted of completely renovating the 10 existing 3-story buildings totaling 600,000 square feet. Included new general and executive office space, servery, state-of-the-art audio-visual system, data center, and conference center. Disruptions of Pharmacia & Upjohn’s daily operations were avoided, due to detailed and comprehensive phasing plans and site logistics
AT&T R&D South, Middletown, NJ: ($155,000,000) Extraordinary fast-track project had a construction schedule of 15 months for 1 million square feet of new office and laboratory space, and three new parking decks and renovation of an existing 800,000 square foot building
