This new 850 students school of approximately 95,000 square foot, consisting of a single story administrative portion and a two story academic wing. Building construction will be load bearing masonry and steel frame with brick veneer. Roofing systems will be standing seam metal and single–ply membrane roofing.

This is only the third K-12 school to earn a LEED Certification in the state. Approximate 82,000 square foot, two-story school. A modular design of classrooms, office, and support functions.

Architectural designer during the design development and construction document phases. The Rall Building Cafeteria Renovation was phased to allow each renovation to minimize downtime of the Dining area. The renovation to the facilities cafeteria consists of approximately 8,530 sq. feet.
North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine; Raleigh, NC
Architectural model designer and graphics during the schematic design phase. Architectural support through construction document phase. The Research building for the College of Veterinary Medicine is a new facility focused on cell biology. The new building is to accommodate 100,000 gross square feet of wet laboratory, laboratory support, vivarium, and office space.
North Carolina State University Chiller Plant; Raleigh, NC
Model designer through design development phase. The project involves the design and construction of a new central chilled water and steam generation plant located on Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University. The current design is Phase I of the project sequence and calls for 31,000 square feet of floor space spread over three levels. The subsequent two phases will increase the plant size to approximately 55,000 square feet.
