• Transformed the company safety program reducing our claims from 16 in 2006 to only 6 in 2007 and ultimately hiring a Safety Compliance Manager to maintain our gains realized through implementation

Total Property Management is a full service property management company serving both in state and out of state owners of properties along the Wasatch Front. We managed large multiple unit communities along with many single family and student housing units.
