Construction Manager/Lead Architectural Designer
• Served as a Construction Manager on a $600,000 commercial project (Mt. Zion COGIC, Milwaukee, WI.) and a $1.5 M custom log home. Projects were completed on time and within budget while meeting the expectations of the client. Responsible for project budget, change orders and all supporting documentation. Updated project trax web tool daily for clients and colleague’s to review progress and project changes.
• Held multiple positions as a Lead Architectural Designer tasked with designing and managing the design process for medium sized town home developments comprised of building units that ranged from of 100 to
130 units. This work required learning, designing and complying with ADA and local codes for Wisconsin, Alabama & Florida. Coordinated commercial and residential site layouts with proposed building project models and construction documents to follow. Construction documents used to secure bids and select successful sub-contractors during the construction process. Designed site layouts for commercial and residential developers. Site layouts included office buildings, retail and multi-family living. Worked directly with civil engineers to understand site topography and existing utilities.

Consultant
• Collaboration with Lead Architect / Owner to create commercial and multi-family site and building plans as an Assistant Project Manager. Tasked with designing multiple office spaces, various commercial buildings, residential additions and town home developments. Responsible for local and state code research. Worked directly with the client in the design process.
• Worked as an Assistant Interior Designer with a Lead Interior Designer to layout material boards to verify and produce in plan views for Associated Banc Corporation in Green Bay, WI. Verified existing office layout and created updated drawings for the client.
Eppstein Uhen Architects, Milwaukee, WI. 5/04 to 11/05
CAD Technician/Designer
• Responsible for WHG (Wisconsin Hospitality Group) account designing Applebee’s and Pizza Hut site layouts, delivering a workable building layout to fit a prototypical building layout followed by producing construction grade documents for each project. These documents were used to secure bids and select the general contractor.
• Collaborated with a team that designed new office buildings and retail layout tenant improvements for The Grand Avenue Mall as well as the Bayshore Mall in Milwaukee, WI. Attended bi-weekly industry seminars that included new product information and software upgrades and programs. Trained on new software, as it would become available to the industry.
