 March 1981 – September 2009 North Little Rock, Arkansas
River City Mechanical / Comfort Systems USA (ARKANSAS), INC. – Responsible for procurement and installation of approximately $80m in plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning work. On many projects our company was the prime contractor and supervision included work associated with typical general contractors. Primary portfolio included healthcare and related buildings, educational, correction facilities, central plant upgrades, green buildings, district heating/cooling loops, manufacturing, office, government, laboratory and work for all branches of the military. Largest prime contract included a $7m district loop job for a government facility and the largest subcontract was a $19m negotiated GMP job.
