As a Project Superintendent with 30 years of experience, I have extensive experience with many types of projects. These projects include the Corps of Engineers, Health Care facilities, and Correctional facilities. Additionally, I have received OSHA safety 10 hour and 30 hour certifications and have the knowledge to use programs such as Microsoft Project, Sure Track and Primavera.

• 3001 Revitalization at Tinker AFB Oklahoma. A 14 million dollar renovation of the maintenance facility while in operation. (Corp of engineer’s project)
01/03-1/04: WG Yates Project Superintendent
• An 8 Million dollar Bachelor Enlisted Quarters at the NAS Fort Worth, Texas. (Corp of engineer’s project)
12/89-2/94: Blount INC. Project Superintendent
Projects:
• Federal Prison, Peoria IL. A 57 million dollar, hard dollar, new facility. Supervised all forming and self performed, and manage all subcontracts on site. Project finished ahead of schedule.
• E6-A Navy Hanger Facility, Tinker air force base, OK. A 57 million dollar, seven building project on 80 acres. Supervised all Blount’s self performed work, scheduled and coordinated subcontractors to a six-month early completion. (Corp of engineer’s project)
• Trident Training Facility, Kings Bay GA. A 22 million dollar completion of training facility when the Navy defaulted the original contractor. Mobilized and completed work in six months. Supervised the demo of the unacceptable work. Coordinated all work and subcontractors in my area. All work was completed on time and within the budget. (Corp of engineer’s project)

• A 10 million dollar Ellis County Detention Center and Renovation.

• A 12 million dollar State Medium Security Prison, Bonham TX
1/92-2/94: Blount INC. Project Superintendent

• A 12 million dollar Murphy Middle School in Plano’s school district.

• A 4 million dollar Library, Greenville, TX. Ford Dealership, Paris TX; A 5 million dollar Assisted Living, Henderson TX; A 4 million dollar Mobile Home Manufacturing Plant, Sulphur Springs, TX;
• A 4 million dollar Wellness Center, Marshal TX;
Projects:
• Hyperion Treatment Plant, LA, CA. A 26 million dollar expansion to an existing plant. Supervised all excavation, formwork, placing 20,000 cubic yards of concrete piping and all tie in to existing effluent channel. Coordinated subcontractors and deliveries to a very small site.
• Brinderson Towers, Irvine CA. A 60 million 14-story office tower and 700 car parking garage. Supervised forming and placing all concrete including coordination and scheduling of subcontractors on the parking garage concurrently with the production of the tower.
• Waste Isolation Pilot Plant, Carlsbad, NM. A 30 million dollar nuclear storage and disposal plant. Supervised the construction of the 12,000 cubic yard hot cell, and coordinated all work and subcontractors in this part of the closely watched project. There was a team of 200 inspectors, designers and future operators watching the construction (Corp of engineer’s project)
5/83-1/84: JW Bateson General Forman
• Republic Bank, San Antonio TX. A 50 million dollar office building, with underground parking structure. Supervised the crews forming and placing the concrete on night shift in downtown San Antonia.
4/82-5/83: Spaw-Glass Construction General Forman
• Seven story Parking Garage, Houston TX. A 20 million dollar project with a pedestrian tunnel under I45, which ties a 22 story tall office building to the garage. Supervised the forming of all vertical work and placing concrete. Coordinated all the subcontractors and deliveries at this small downtown site.
1/76-4/82: JW Bateson General Forman / Forman
• Conoco’s World Headquarters, Houston TX. A 110 million dollar office complex. Supervised dirt work. Formwork and placing concrete on one third of this 110,000 cubic yard project. Scheduled and coordinated all subcontractors on this part of the project (Corp of engineers project)
• Army Ammunition Water Treatment Plant, Kingsport, TN. A 25 million dollar 52 structure plant. Supervised all dirt work, formwork, and placing of concrete on two pumps stations, two screw pump buildings, aeration basin, and digester. (Corp of engineer’s project)
• Lackland VA hospital, San Antonio TX. A 100 million dollar expansion and remodeling of the existing hospital. Supervised Bateson’s crew on all interior work. (Corp of engineer’s project)
