• Lead Construction Project Manager Concentration on the Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Fire Protection and Electronic Building/Security Management Systems, led a construction conflict resolution team for the celebrated Walt Disney Concert Hall, in downtown Los Angeles, California. The iconic Frank Ghery designed concert hall was successfully completed, with a construction cost of $ 355.6 million.
• Project Manager for the 46 story curtain wall cladding system for the Ala Moana area Koolani Luxury Condominium in Honolulu Hawaii, consisting of approximately 365,000 square feet of unitized glass, stone and aluminum panel curtain wall panels. The completed project was ahead of the scheduled and within the overall budget with a final cost of $148.2 million.
• Project Engineer for the Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning ( HVAC) contractor with an infuses construction conflict problem solving for Los Angeles premier sporting and concert venue the Staples Arena. The 800,780square foot venue consisting of 2500+ tons of HVAC capacity. The project was completed ahead of the scheduled and within the overall budget with a final cost of $346.5 million
