Plan and coordinate project requirements from conception to completion. Prepare and review lease agreements and TI designs. Draft, review and approve consultant’s contracts. Prepare programming requirements based on meeting Client’s needs.

• Conditioned to multi-tasking involved in 10+ different projects in various stages of development, design and construction without architectural assistance and not including land acquisition.
• Drafted new lease agreement in tandem with Client’s attorney for new retail shopping center.
• Averted $60,000 in lost annual rental income to Landlord of shopping center for the design, permitting and coordinating construction of TI project – achieving all project deliverables within 60 days and within a tight budget.
• Contract Administration: $9 million dollar project reviewing shop drawings, review draw request, drawings clarification, addenda/change order, consultant coordination, site inspections, and post-construction warranties
• Project Management: Prepare/request RFP from Design Consultants, secure entitlements, permit approvals
• The past two years completed 2 award winning retail centers totaling 53,000 sf, re-designed a 2-story office building into a 3–story structure total 24,000 sf and prepared conceptual design for Columbia Machine’s World Corporate Headquarter.
• Converted 78,000 sf existing warehouse into a manufacturing plant for a $100 million local international company.
• Contacted and presented to Owner of 50 acre, mixed-use site and developed conceptual master site plan for 277,000 sf of retail and 386,000 sf of mixed-use residential project. Prepared $58 million preliminary construction cost estimate.
• Averted potential disaster for Client by obtaining State approval of project when original A/E firm could not obtain permit for Client who could’ve lost their $9 million loan from HUD.
• Designed during renovation of manufacturing company’s main lobby/corridor, “Wall of History†depicting the history of the company.
