As this presentation describes, I offer 25yrs of in-depth knowledge for Construction/Project Management from initial concept to completion. This knowledge, acquired through my “EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND, EXPOSURE, technical training and schooling, resulting in experience with the completion of projects dealing with Federal, State, County, and Local government agencies, plus private residential/commercial projectsâ€. I was responsible with construction for site excavation, all site infra-structure, vertical & horizontal structural build out, on site & off site treatment plants.
My state licenses are; (1). Class “A†General Contractor authorizing me to build from bridges to skyscrapers’, (2) license as a General construction builder allowing me to build roads, all major underground utilities-water, sanitary & drainage, (3) Real Estate Broker for residential and commercial properties
My education allowed me an ACADEMIC H.S. study program & Degree. Plus I attended the Academy of Aeronautics for 3 yrs and resigned due to marriage & family responsibilities, with NO-REGRETS. My experience & credentials are equivalent to a bachelor degree, just accomplished differently.

*Source One Distributors; Federal Contractor for Military supplies: Renovations to their purchased 13,000 plus sq./ft. office/warehouse. Supplied & installed 150 KW in line generator, new flat roof membrane replacement roof, security fencing around perimeter of 2 ½ ac property, new data room/temperature controlled, camera security system throughout , new security electric gate/camera entry system.
*John Lloyd State Park-Dept. of Environmental Protection-Design & Construct Dunes Crossover
Meandering paths of special coquina shell, delicately installed into the environmental existing conservation dedicated lands from walkover brides to Ocean Dunes. Density test & surveyed.
*City of Ft. Lauderdale-Engineering Dept. Road Closure. Excavation, Grubbing, walks/curbs, asphalt pavement, water main rerouting, extensive landscaping, sod & irrigation. Adjacent to a large high school.
*JM Lexus Auto- 12 ac completed SITE demo and all new underground water mains 10†DIP, sanitary lines 8†-12†PVC pipe size with manhole & conflict structures, site drainage 15†to 36†RCP & ADS pipe size with transfer boxes, catch basins, manhole boxes. All installations required well pointing groundwater extraction. Excavation for a 3 ½ acre adjacent existing Retention pond, total excavation to depts. of ground water intrusion & provide and install 9,000ton of #5 ballast rock 2 ft base for the excavated 3 1/2 acre foot print design. Additionally, excavation for 2500 l/ft for a 4’x3’ footing base stabilizer, to accommodate the construction for a concrete 2’x3’ footing & 12†x 12ft high walls to receive concrete panel decking to accommodate 450 new cars. Almost,1 ½ yrs, for completion, with all extensive changes by the engineer.
*City of Boca Raton – Completed the Ranger Headquarters 5000sq.ft.facility for housing the Parks Dept. Lifeguard facility and Coast Guard Station. Consisted of site, concrete slabs, walks, building structures, all interior walls, floors, drop ceiling, VCT, carpeting doors& hardware, store front entrance auto doors, bathrooms-women + men showers, partitions, ceramic floors, walls all bath accessories, locker rooms - lockers. All mechanical A/C, heat, fire sprinklers, fire alarm system, storm shudders, wall covering + detailed painting. Completed, with in satisfactory and timely turnover to the City.
*City of Ft. Lauderdale- Completed Lauderdale Manor a community infrastructure improvement-approx. 1 mile of family dwellings, entrances, driveways, walks, curbing complete site grounds landscaping with irrigation , trees, scrubs, sod, swale drainage all dwelling frontages.
*City of Pompano Bch a Federal HUD project 788 window replacements with major repairs to block, stucco, all interiors for 188 units in the City of Pompano Bch. A total of 788 windows replaced with security screen on 1st floor, window cut out repairs, painting and window security gates.
*Doctors group facility for orthopedic, bone densities, surgery for a 7000sq.ft. additional office build-out for all individual rooms and segments for X-rays rooms, developing room billing, filing, cafeteria, kitchen, 4 complete-baths, cast room, receptionist area and a separate physical therapy room with all equipment and apparatus and an additional receptionist room and waiting room.
* City of Ft. Lauderdale-NE 15 Ave . approximately 1 mike road Transformation and Community Beautification, reduced 4 lane traffic in a N/S direction to 1 rd ea. direction, provide median with curbing, landscaping, created a road turn around for local traffic and emergency fire dept. vehicle passage, ambulance and police. Maintaining M.O.T. at all times with incidence or complaint.
* City of Boca Raton – Reconstruction of road + bridge, with new pedestrian walkways and entrance to community. All landscaping, sod and irrigation. Turbidity screening at shore line on all four bridge drop areas with mate laid erosion elimination paver blocks. Replace traffic barrier concrete walls on both sides of bridge passage. Maintain M.O.T./D.O.T traffic divider barriers.
* City of Ft. Lauderdale Completed a new dedicated waterfront park, Colee Hammock Park, Kiosk, Paver walks, benches, fountains, fencing, asphalt parking areas. Community & City satisfaction and was issued award plaque for excellence!
*46 ac design build 320 unit waterfront community development with a 10ac off site 100k gal. per day sewer treatment plant. Development site consisted of boat docks & slips, total infra –structure for complete build out , lift stations, water & electric to each low-rise complex and townhouse complex, 7 interior lake retention collectors conforming to natural lake effect stocked with bass & natures natural wild life. Complete paved roads and approved / installed drainage system, Build out of 24 townhome dwelling with 3-models styles strategically located at the river edge, enhancing the waterfront lift style expressed by the marking intentions, plus the complete recreation site completed and located in the center of the gated design turn around circle inside the independent secure area of entry, surrounded by the entire created lakes with tennis courts, pool, club house, bocce and shuffle board and trellis conversation areas. Build-out a perimeter nature walk around the 1100 ft. water front shore line, protected by 5 ft. high 10wide above high water level, fill/vegetated berm wall, protecting from tidal or erosion damage!
