Assigned to develop and update the LAR schedule utilizing Primavera V6.2 software to integrate this resource loaded schedule with multiple vendors (WEC, Shaw, Areva, Proto-Power, NAI and others).
• Maintained and updated this schedule for FPL to produce various management reports and
Performance Indicators (PIs).
July 2008 PARSONS, located at the Calvert, Alabama Site as The Construction Coordinator for ThyssenKrupp CC
to Sept. 2008 Chief Project Controls Engineer/Specialist
Assigned to help set up the integrated project schedule for the building of this 3.7 billion dollar steel plant for
the ThyssenKrupp CC. Utilized Primavera V6.1 software to integrate Parsons and multiple vendors’ work to
get this project off the ground. I was the only Specialist assigned to work at the site to get direct inputs from
construction personnel for the development of the integrated project schedule.
Aug. 2007 HKA ENTERPRISES, INC, Duncan, South Carolina
to Mar. 2008 Senior Scheduler at the Catawba Nuclear Station owned by Duke Energy
Assigned as the Senior Program Scheduler for the DCS Upgrade project at Catawba 1 & 2, to be worked in conjunction with Duke’s other 5 nuclear stations, and supported by Westinghouse and NPS.
• Work included the planning and scheduling of 18 different Mods that would take place over 4 different outages with an expected duration of 1172 days. Direct interfacing with Catawba’s Engineering, Operations, and Project Management on a daily basis to status and update the Microsoft Project schedule.
• Produced weekly and monthly PIs for the Engineering group to assist them in the tracking of
their current work production and future work assignments.

• Developed, prepared, and updated integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)resource loaded schedules for the 1.2 billion dollar retrofit of SCR’s and FGD’s at Units 6 & 7 of the
Sammis coal plants for the First Energy Group.
• Produced weekly, monthly, and life cycle plans using P3 to truly integrate all the companies involved
with the retrofit of this plant.
• Took over the tracking (utilizing an Excel spreadsheet I developed) of all procured items from purchase requisition to arrival on site for this project.

to Jan. 2006 Project Controls Specialist for Duratek Project Employees
Developed and updated Duratek’s portion (30%) of the fully integrated resource loaded schedule to build the
Salt Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) at the Savannah River Site (SRS) for the Department of Energy (DOE). This $440 million project was fully loaded using P3ec scheduling software and the use of COBRA as Duratek’s cost processor.
• Produced a multitude of resource and cost reports (by FTE, by Hours, by Dollars, and CPI & SPI
Indices to meet the DOE’s EVMS requirements).
• Was responsible for 17 FTEs during the CD-2 and CD-3 phases of this government project.
April 1990 SAVANNAH RIVER SITE, Aiken, South Carolina
to July 2005 Principal Project Controls Specialist
Developed, prepared, and updated integrated resource loaded site and facility schedules (Plan Of Day (POD), Plan Of Week (POW), and long term life cycle plans) to meet program, production, operational, outage, and D&D commitments. Constant communications with upper management and multiple work groups to meet Line Item (LI), Capital Expense (CE),, and General Plant Projects (GPP) and other campaign schedules, costs, and goals. Produced timely and informative Performance Indicators for site, facility, and client (the DOE) management to better assess and evaluate the progress of their multi-million dollar capital projects, programs, and campaigns through the use of the Cost Performance Index (CPI) and the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) utilizing an EVMS.
• Provided leadership to several (4) facility project management groups for seven years to improve their project, program, and cost initiatives which helped earn my company (WSRC) over $20M in bonus fees.
Strategic Planning Manager
Managed the development and preparation of High Level Waste Department status packages to provide management and the DOE with costs, schedules, and Performance Indicators to better analyze daily operations and resource productivity. Also managed the development, maintenance, and expansion of several waste facilities' Master Tracking Systems (MTS), used to integrate their facility requirements and commitment tracking into one database.
Task Manager
Managed the preparation, review, and submittal of 50 safety improvement closure summary packages to the
DOE for their formal approval.
• Supervised 10 subcontract employees (with a $500,000 budget) to contract completion on time and
under budget.
Senior Engineer
Helped manage the planning, prioritizing, and scheduling of over 150 safety improvement projects and programs to upgrade the SRS reactors to meet current commercial nuclear codes and standards. Investigated and documented over 20 reactor events and environmental concerns utilizing the Root Cause analysis process to generate effective recommendations for preventing recurrence and data for pinpointing problem areas.
