After recently relocating back to Cleveland, as an Associate AIA and a LEED AP with 8 years of experience in strong, fast paced, highly competitive Architecture firms, I am in the process of seeking “hands on†experience in two specific areas that I have yet fulfilled.
1) I am preparing for the CSI-CDT exam that I plan to take in April 2010.
I would like to find an already certified CSI-CDT professional that would allow me the opportunity to shadow with them.
I am in need of experience specifically within Construction Administration such as estimating, writing proposals, contracts, RFIs and bidding during the procurement stage.
Basically, I am readily available to shadow a Const. Administrator on a part time basis or as an intern, short term or even as non- paid, while contributing my proficient multidisciplinary Architectural skills within your team.
2) Due to the new updated LEED Rating Systems, as a LEED AP without specialty, I am in the process of earning credits to maintain my credentials. In order to do so I need to gain experience by participating in a LEED project case study targeted towards a specific LEED credit or to experience a best practice lesson which entails successful or un successful implementation of LEED. These are specific examples of earning credits, of course there are several others.
I would like to find a LEED AP professional that would allow me the opportunity to shadow with them.
I am professionally equipped to contribute to your team on an "as needed" or part time basis via my multifunctional proficient skills, while earning credits.
Please view my credentials at the website attached below. Thank you.
Regards,
Nathalie Joy Siegel, Associate AIA, LEED AP
