By way of introduction, I am a Commercial Construction Superintendent with considerable
experience with large high end projects. Some in extreme conditions such as ski resorts
throughout Colorado or medical facilities in Las Vegas. Others were logistically challenging
such as inner city Denver with very limited access or lay down or Hawaii with its inherent
Procurement/Labor issues related to its remote location.
I have extensive experience in Concrete, Post Tension,Pre-Cast and conventional Steel Frame
construction along with extensive knowledge in Civil/Site work.
My background in Survey/Layout insures an eye for quality control up front while the
Punch/Closeout phase is also one of my strongest areas.
I have a history of bringing Projects in on time and under budget.
I have built lasting relationships with Owners, Architects, Sub Contractors and Vendors.
I am a Professional, Self Motivated Team Player, I am looking for a Career not a job.
There is no doubt I could be a valuable asset to any employer.
