Special attributes:
1. Where do I begin, I’ve done everything from shoveling manure to running my own business. On the farm we hardly ever carried anything to the shop, I was involved in repairing all our tractors and equipment including rebuilding motors.
2. From here I go into the manufacturing world of pool cues, learning and running cnc laths, turret laths, turning laths, horizontal & vertical mills, band saw log mills, and vacuum kiln dryers.
3. Designing, building, & running computer controlled equipment designed to run multiple parts at one time to cut labor cost. Taking a plant with 120 people producing 1000 cues a week down to 30 people producing the same 1000 cues.
4. Setting up a plant with this equipment and running it for 2 years.
5. Start my own business, buying equipment, setting up my own shop to produce custom wood windows, doors, & cabinets. Then getting my contractor license I start doing Historical renovations, additions, & remodeling in the commercial and residential market.
6. Take charge attitude, not fearful of making decisions and standing responsible for those decisions.
7. Not afraid of work will do what ever it takes to get the job done.
8. The past 14 years while involved with my own Construction Co. my coworkers and I were instrumental in the creation of some new techniques, used in the prevention of termite and water damage. These techniques are used today in new construction and are a standard practice.
9. Out of my entire experiences the one thing I have learned the most, especially in construction, is when I believe in what I can do for the customer I have always been able to sell the project, work the project, and solve their problems!
