and Main Corridor, to consist of demo to existing sheetrock ceilings and lighting fixtures, wall and floor finishes. Installation of
new Wall Covering, Carpet, Sheetrock and Acoustical Ceilings, New ceiling diffusers, paint finishes, and Energy Efficient Lighting
fixtures. New Wood Veneer Feature Walls with Pittcon Reveals were installed in lobbies. Provide sketches with dimensions for
layout of new walls and lighting for approval by Architect. Total Construction Value: $300,000
City Vista/NW Washington, DC Owner- Lowe Development
An 824,000-SF residential complex made up of three towers. There are 129,000-SF worth of retail / restaurant space and

Project Role: Exterior Façade Superintendent: Developing details with building enclosure consultant and caulking
subcontractor for approval by Owner and Architect. Working with Owners QA/QC consultant monitoring installation of flashing
details. Coordination of subcontractors involved with exterior façade to include framing, mechanical, electrical and window
installation, caulking/ flashing and brick and metal panel installation. Also responsible for coordination and implementation of
CMU walls and doors in parking garage to include Electrical and Mechanical rooms, Stairwells, Elevator Shafts and Storage Rms.
Swiss Embassy - Residence for Ambassador of Switzerland/ N.W. Washington D.C. –
New residence for the U.S. Ambassador from Switzerland and staff with separate Caretaker residence and garage.

Responsible for coordination and installation of interior finishes consisting of moveable wall systems, custom wall finishes,
bamboo and marble flooring, high-end lighting and plumbing fixtures and backup generator system. Exterior completion
consisting of window wall systems, Green Roof system, curb and gutter, asphalt driveway, landscaping and brick paver courtyard
with reflecting pool.
Chinese Cultural Center, NW Washington D.C.
Complete renovation to 2 existing wood structures with CMU and brick veneer for China Construction of America to provide a
new Cultural Affairs Center and residence for Minister of Culture and his staff. Construction of a 4,000 sq.ft addition for storage.

Project Role: Lead Superintendent; This Design/Build project included demo of all existing interior petitions and drywall,
doors and trim, HVAC Equipment and duct work, electrical fixtures and wiring, plumbing fixtures and piping. Leveling of existing
floor structures, Plumb and shoring of existing bearing petitions for installation of new A-frame roof system.
Working directly with Project Manager for CCofA and the Minister for new build out, to include consulting with MEP
Contractors for installation of new HVAC system and duct work, Electrical Panels and Plumbing Lines. Installation of new interior
petitions and finishes, new bathrooms, commercial kitchens, meeting rooms and theater. Exterior work consisted of new
landscaping, new entrance to main lobby, power washing all brick veneers, and new equipment and resurfacing of existing

for use as office space. Existing nine story, Structural Steel, Brick and Precast building. Total Construction Value: $52 million
Project Role: Lead Superintendent for Interior Core, Exterior Façade and Site Renovations
Responsible for coordination and implementation of Interior Core Area build out to include Bathrooms and Janitor Closets, Electrical and Mechanical Rooms, Elevator Lobbies and Egress Stairwells. Exterior responsibilities included installation of new window sashes in existing frames, cleaning and repairs to exterior façade. Site responsibilities consisted of installation of new waterproofing and sidewalk
pavers, coordination of new Pepco Vaults and transformers and power to meter and switchgear room. Also assisted in completion of new Lobby. During demo stage of project, assisted daytime Senior Superintendent, working nights coordinating removal of debris.
Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department -Renovations to Existing Precincts. Project Role: Lead Superintendent
Working with Project Management and Director of Facilities Management on design/build applications to include renovations to existing holding cells to provide handicapped access and new security locking systems and observation cameras. Upgrades to HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Safety Systems to entire buildings. Addition of new offices and remodeling of existing offices to include drywall petitions, acoustical ceilings, paint, carpet and systems furniture.
Assigned to complete construction of new Vehicle Maintenance Facility, interior punch list and coordinate the installation of exterior site requirements, to include curb and gutter, asphalt parking surfaces and striping, lighting and landscaping. Also responsible for design and construction of new Radio Repair Facility and garage with utilities on site.
