 Scheduled close-out, O&M manuals and commissioning early in the project life cycle to make sure it was part of the planning and not an after-thought.

Estimator Quantified the materials and labor needed to complete construction projects including tenant improvements and new commercial construction. Pioneered successful bidding strategy in most recent position that resulted in contract award ratio increase from 5% to 75% bidding one to three jobs/week.
