One of four Drainage Districts within Multnomah County, Oregon formed to control Columbia River flooding and remove stormwater from their lands.
 Contracted by Peninsula Drainage District #2 to review and analyze the District’s existing storm drainage infrastructure and prepare a Stormwater Master Plan. Also assisted Geotechnical Engineer with surveying services and preparing AutoCAD drawings for a Geotechnical report.
