I served as project manager/director for marine operations and to act as liaison and assisting the Antigua and Barbuda government in the development of their marine projects. In this capacity I served as the Antigua and Barbuda Delegate to the United Nations Congress on Biodiversity in Sao Paulo Brazil in 2005.
My duties included putting into place the framework to set up a research center for Texas A&M University and the University of Miami.

Joined the CuisinArt Resort and Spa project during the last year of the project and assumed responsibility of coordinating the finishing of various aspects of this major project ($54m) in Anguilla. Initial duties were to complete the service building, sewage treatment plant, reverse osmosis plant, generator facilities, and site works, but were expanded to include the addition of a hydroponics greenhouse structure as well as additional concrete structures, beach bar, and swimming pool. Job duties required requesting, receiving, evaluating, negotiating, and implementing bids for materials and services from various contractors and vendors. Duties included the management of local contractors, daily job logs, RFI and RFP logs, and personal logs for progress. Responsible for payment requests for local labor and contracts, payments requests from vendors and suppliers. Oversee the finish and punch-out procedures. Oversee restoration and repairs after hurricane.
