To Whom It May Concern:
As credit markets re-open, it will be possible to consider new construction and renovations. But it will require commercial architectural project management expertise to control costs while producing high quality, attractive projects. Are you ready to launch, confident that you have a qualified Project Manager who can help?
I have done just this for architectural consulting firms as well as serve as an Owner Representative for a big box retailer. On multiple occasions, I have been called up to turn around late projects, ensuring construction bids were completed per schedule and stores were opened for targeted marketing activities.
My skills include project management, cost containment, contract negotiation, general and sub-contractor management, design, and material specifications. I managed project budgets up to $72M, often directing multiple projects simultaneously.
As an Architectural Project Manager, I led teams of engineers, contractors, in-house architects, and CAD operators in the design of hospitals, schools, malls, industrial and commercial buildings.
I have an exceptional multi-tasking ability combined with top notch interpersonal skills, enabling me to coordinate the needs and responsibilities of many stakeholders.
In addition to working in architectural environments, I also produced designs and successful projects for a major retail business.
I have a BA in Architecture from the University of Arkansas and am licensed as an architect in Kansas and Missouri. With NCARB Certification, I can offer my services in additional jurisdictions. If this is an opportune time, please contact me at jgray1966[at]gmail.com or at (913) 575-7110.
Sincerely,
Jeffrey B. Gray
