Managed a budget of $300M for the Civil/Distribes departments at Trimble County 760 MW supercritical unit coal fire power plant in Kentucky.
• Successful in dug OSHA approved trenches for 1.7 miles of underground HDPE pipe and electrical conduit
• 454,300 cubic yards of concrete for footing ,slab on grade and upper level desk pours
• 35,036 ton of rebar installed for all concrete pours with a very tight schedule was possible because of the strategic planning that was implemented.
Distribes Department was responsible for managing all indirect cost.
• Able to reduce cost well under projected forecast of 19% down to 12% of plan project cost
• Placement of 36 office trailers and maintain all areas
• Prepped and developed 4 large parking lots for construction employees
• Maintained rain and snow removal for the entire job
• Prepped and developed 28 lay down areas along with cutting the grass for each area
• Maintained all garbage removal from jobsite
• Oversaw sub-contractor for the onsite trucking
• Ordered all the aggregate through our procurement department for the entire site.
