 Stimulated new Sales, and followed them through by managing the project myself, or by handing it of to one of three project managers.
 Implemented an equipment and miscellaneous supply room, making all departments accountable for such items.
 Negotiated all Union contracts, and resolved any issues between negotiations.
 Implemented a successful light-commercial / Residential Department to supplement our overhead costs, and diversify the companies’ market base. Negotiated a special addendum to the carpenters Union Agreement allowing us to enter this market, and be competitive with non-union contractors.
