Superintendent: Supervised the miscellaneous trades package at Mitchell Middle School Modernization located in Rancho Cordova, California. A fast-paced, detail oriented job with strict deadlines.
Franchise Tax Board, Sacramento, CA
Franchise Tax Board building renovation, completed May, 2007. Schedule and coordinate multiple 28 phase renovation; moved working personnel out of areas and moved them back in as each section was renovated. Daily supervision of subcontractors. Scheduled demolition, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural iron, elevator sub, bathroom partitions and accessories, painters, flooring, and tile. Scheduled all punch list walks with the architect and I.O.R.; made sure all subcontractors completed their punch list and directed project engineers to assist in making the job go smoother.
