Successfully converted the financial reporting system from MAS 90 to Timberline. Responsible for the maintenance of current and accurate financial records for 6 construction contractors and 3 additional foreign entities with combined annual revenue of approximately $120 million. All were audited annually. Managed HR, IT, AR, AP and Payroll support staff of 8 employees. Responsibilities included cash flow forecasting, and maintaining banking and bonding relationships. These relationships resulted in an increase in line of credit of $2,000,000. The financial reporting resulted in an increase in bonding capacity from $10 million to $150 million per project.
