Owner: Metro St. Louis Sewer District, Constructed a new 190 mgd headworks train on the influent line while maintaining existing plant
operation and construct new 200 mg peak flow storage facility. Included screens, grit, aeration system with all controls and support utilities.
Cost: 40 million
– Ninth Street Parking Garage
Owner: NSG Developers, Constructed a new design build 15 story post tension concrete parking structure with precast exterior and white box
build out underneath on half a city block in down town St. Louis under a MGP proposal. Cost: 22 million
– Lear Corporation Seat Assembly Plants
Owner: Lear Corporation, Remodeled office space, and revamped automotive seating assembly lines at two facility locations in St. Louis. Cost:
6 million
– Daimler Chrysler Belvidere Assembly Plant PK and NG Product Expansion
Owner: Daimler Chrysler Corp., Worked on multiple projects and packages associated with revamping and retooling the automotive facility for
two new production lines while keeping existing production in operation and working shut down periods with over 800 employees at a single
shut down. Cost of packages: 10 million
– Natural Gas Turbine Compressor and Polysonic Wind Tunnel Project
Owner: The Boeing Company, Revamped an existing building at the St. Louis facility to build and install a 10k hp natural gas turbine engine
and 27k cfm - 650 psi multi-stage compressor for the Polysonic Wind Tunnel laboratory. This machine is unique and only exists in two
locations in the United States. Cost: 15 million construction and 21 million for machines
– Renaissance Grand Hotel Project, Convention Center, & Parking Structure
Owner: Historic Restoration Inc. and Marriott Company, Construct a four star hotel in a new building and existing historic building with
convention center and eleven story precast parking structure in downtown St. Louis. Work with a group of project managers and directors to
supervise over 200 employees and subcontractors. Managed project cost controls, elevator subcontract, escalator subcontract, millwork
subcontract, cabinet subcontract, granite subcontract, and scheduling subcontractor for project. Project was GMP and design build. Cost 162m

– St. Joseph Ground Water Source of Supply Project
Owner: Missouri-AmericanWater, Constructed an unmanned well field with eleven vertical constant 350 hp pumps and one horizontal
“Ranney†well with three 500 hp VFD pumps. The facility included all support utilities including electrical power substations, automation
controls and sensors, stand-by power generation, and surge suppression equipment. The package also included earthwork and underground
distribution water lines to treatment facility. Cost: 21 million
– Bissell Point and Misc. Pump Station Modifications
Owner: Metro St. Louis Sewer District, Modify and/or improve sixty three different sites with small scale improvements in existing sewers,
pump stations, and interceptors. Cost: 5 million
