Planned, organized and managed crews maintained working relationship with owner, subcontractors (electricians, masons, plumbers, HVAC, roofers, painters), architects, and inspectors. Heneley Contruction company (Gaithersburg, MD) — Superintendent 2007-2008
Superintendent for a General Contractor, Main Lobby and Game Room on the National Lutheran Home in Rockville, Md. This project was a challenge as the home was open and this was the main entrance to the facility, this required use of good communication skills, effective scheduling and being reliable.
School renovations and additions, these were also performed while school was in session and again it took good communication skills, effective scheduling, and team work to complete the project on time.
