Thank you for taking the time to review my attached resume. I would like to tell you a little about myself and why I would be an asset to your team.
After 13 years in the automotive industry in management and project management, I decided to change careers and obtained my real estate license. I started working with my wife on our real estate team in the role of Operations Manager / Technical Support. I have designed and currently manage several database systems along with designing and managing multiple websites. In July 2005, I began work as a Project Manager / Superintendent with one of Michigan’s top custom home builders along with maintaining our real estate systems. With the decline in custom home building and residential real estate market, I accepted a position with ATW as a Project Manager. I was successful with them until July 2009 when the automotive industry took a big hit and my job was eliminated due to financial circumstances. I am looking to apply my experience on another successful team in the automotive or possibly a different industry.
I am considered by my peers as a career motivated individual and am looking for opportunities to apply my knowledge and skills. My past experience reflects a wide range of success in management, project management, real estate, construction, and computer technology. My strong points include; multiple facets of communication, organization, close attention to detail, problem solving, and building close relationships with customers and co-workers. I would like the opportunity to discuss my career with you and show you how I could be an asset to your team. I look forward to hearing from you!
Thank you for your consideration!
Sincerely,
Brent Garbuschewski
