PROJECT MANAGER
Recruited to guide the sale of the church’s 53,000 square-foot facility and subsequent construction of a more suitable $5M, 15,500 square-foot fellowship hall, classroom and worship center. Facilitated the sale of the larger site, including securing the buyer and suitable lender for the buyer. Directed all phases of the new construction, including site purchasing, site preparation, zoning/permitting, general contracting, subcontractor management, infrastructure improvements, and final turnover.

• Secured a premium $6.5M for the sale of the original site by conducting an aggressive marketing campaign and by successfully securing financing for the buyer.
• Defined Architectural requirements and managed the selection of a project architect and civil engineer for the new 15,500 SF facility.
• Acting as general contractor for the project, successfully navigated several difficult permitting and documenting issues with the local City of Glendale, AZ governments through effective and tenacious negotiations.
• Developed all sub-contract packages, solicited bids and awarded all sub-contracts.
