The interior renovation scope normally consisted of new cabinets, granite countertops, appliance package, plumbing and electrical upgrades, doors & hardware, drywall repair, paint and flooring. Additional capital expenditure scope included re-roofing, plaster/siding repairs, HVAC replacement, structural repairs, and lease/recreation & pool renovations exceeding $30 million total.
