Profit and loss responsibility for all design and construction operations for the Industrial Process Division in the Seattle, WA, Portland, OR and Southern California areas. Direct line reporting was to the Executive Vice President of Operations of the corporation. Aerospace operations included all business development, accounting, business management, safety and day-to-day management of field operations at up to ten different sites in all three states, concurrently. Management responsibilities included the start-up and operations of two area engineering offices to support Industrial Process and Aerospace design in Seattle and Southern California. Clients included Boeing, McDonnell Douglas, Alpha Therapeutics, Land Recovery Inc., Amgen, Nissan, Sprint, 3M and various government agencies. Projects included site development and building infrastructure projects, metal processing facilities, pharmaceutical fill lines and process upgrades, major assembly tooling upgrades, the 717 aircraft moving assembly line, a complete day care facility, a complete fire station with EMT quarters, an automated bulk composting facility, two complete building renovations for data centers, numerous manufacturing facility upgrades and over 1.0 million SF of office renovations and upgrades. Project sizes ranged from $100,000 to $15,000,000. All work was completed by direct hire workforces under cost plus guaranteed maximum and fixed price contracts. Total volume of work designed and installed was $270,000,000. Average yearly revenue was $30,000,000. Minimum yearly revenue was $2,500,000, with a maximum of $67,000,000.

Project Manager responsible for completion of various manufacturing upgrade projects for the Boeing Company at their Frederickson and Auburn, WA facilities. Work included site, process and building infrastructure work as the site general contractor.
Contract Manager responsible for all subcontracting/purchasing activities and material handling systems required for the design-build Composite Manufacturing Facility for the Boeing Company in Frederickson, WA. This project was a green-grass facility that was contracted under a cost-plus-fixed fee arrangement, and was executed from environmental impact statement through process start-up and testing. Total installed project cost was $127,000,000 and was completed on a fast-track basis.

Responsible for all estimating and field operations for a $15 million/yr. roofing/general contracting firm in Pittsburg, PA. Clients included major manufacturing entities as well as large government rework projects for the Corps of Engineers and General Services Administration. Work was performed direct-hire, with most work being done on a fixed price basis.
