Area Construction Manager/ Project Manager – Construction for the Corp. of Engineers of all Afghanistan ( Kabul, Kandahar & Bagram) & Balad (Camp Anaconda), Iraq. $90 million for power plant, waste water plant, Office buildings, utilities, grading, paving and topo of grades. $75 million for barracks, dining hall, utilities, power plant, waste water plant, water purification plant, roads, grading and paving. $ 250 million for American barracks, power plant, waste water plant, water, purification plant, cast-in place tanks, liquid containing concrete tanks, runway, taxiways and air terminal. O & M for consolidated structures, power plants, sewer plants for all of the above listed projects. My responsibilities include but not limited to: estimating, schedule, cost, procurement, concrete forming systems, review and approve all progress payments, change orders, develop list for all tools and equipment, QC, all testing agencies, document control, and safety. Work directly with the Project Manager and the Corp. of Engineers on all projects. Construction Manager and Acting Project Manager over taxiway and construction work of JOC/SCIF Bldg (Army/Air Force planning and training headquarters) in Balad, Iraq.

an Egyptian Air Base. Including new living quarters, dining halls for officers & enlisted, flight training centers, office complexes, missile storage, hidden plane shelters, waste water plants, water purification, roads, runways and underground utilities. My responsibilities to include all personnel (in excess of 1000 workers), schedule, safety, purchasing and Construction.

over-all construction activities, productivity, quality of work performed and coordination and execution of all work performed by subcontractors. Project involved two separate sites for the construction of $60 million. Work done on Sultan of Brunei (2) personal Palaces in Las Vegas. Construction involved all phases from underground and extensive interior finishes to all exterior stone, stucco, metal, glass, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, concrete piling, rigging and roadwork.
