NY Cruise Terminal, 2008-2009
Engineer
 Construction and modernization of the passenger ship terminals in Manhattan. Improvements at the New York Cruise Terminal in Manhattan include all new facilities at Pier 88 to accommodate larger ships by installing modern adjustable gangways, baggage handling and expanded pier aprons. Renovation and restoration work at both Pier 88 and Pier 90 included new passenger areas and rehabilitation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, fire alarm and security systems. All work was coordinated around an operating ship terminal and show / exhibit space on the existing piers, and all activities were coordinated with U.S. Customs.
Delta Airlines Terminals 2&3, 2004-2008
Engineer
 Airside and landside terminal renovations. The scope of work included infrastructure work, airside paving improvements, and passenger service enhancements. Delta Airlines issued individual work authorizations or change orders within the master agreement for the various infrastructure projects needed. Responsibilities included managing each Work Authorization as a project and providing mandated completion in coordination with Delta flight operations. These renovations allowed Delta to increase all types of service they offer at JFK.
Boeing-TSA Airport Baggage Screening Project, 2002-2004
Regional Engineer
 Site preparation work at 62 airports in the northeast region of the country for the installation of federally mandated baggage screening equipment.
Coney Island Comfort Station, 2001-2002
Engineer
 Design-build project for the New York City Economic Development Corporation which consisted of the construction of a new life guard stand, 3 new comfort stations, 3 new shade pavilions and the improvements of all access points from street to beach. The buildings and shade structures are constructed of curved, cast-in-place reinforced concrete roofs and pile supported concrete slabs and concrete superstructure frames. The project ran a total of 3 miles along the Coney Island shoreline.
Korean Air Cargo Terminal, 1999-2001
Engineer
 This project consisted of the construction of a 245,000 s.f. automated cargo facility and related office space at JFK International Airport. The facility also includes 32 landside truck docks and 4 airside-sitting positions for 747 or MD-11 cargo planes.
JFK CTA Area One Parking Structure, 1997-1999
Engineer
 This project consisted of the construction of a 550,000 s.f., 4-level parking garage for the Port Authority of NY & NJ. The garage consists of two circular reinforced concrete ramps, an architectural curtain-wall and 6 glass enclosed exterior elevators.
Rogers & Wells, 1996-1997
Project Superintendent
 A complete interior renovation of the 53rd floor consisting of a 33,000 s.f. floor area. The work consisted of providing a complete new ventilation system which included new supplemental air conditioning units dedicated to conference room areas. Also included was an upgrade to the floors electrical service and new electrical and communication devices for each new associate partner’s offices and all conference rooms.
Rockefeller Center Tenant Improvements, 1996-1997
Project Superintendent
 25,000 s.f. tenant fit-out of the Tishman Speyer Regional Offices for Rockefeller Center and the supervision of the fit-out for Tishman Speyer Properties on the 23rd and 24th floors at One Rockefeller Center.
HERCULES CONSTRUCTION CORP., Brooklyn, NY 1994-1996

 Veterans Administration Medical Center, Brooklyn N.Y. project included preparing for the new hospital addition by relocating existing main service electrical and mechanical piping interfering with the new building, relocating the emergency entrance by creating a new emergency entrance space.

P.S. 69 Queens Addition and Renovation for New York City School Construction Authority, 1992-1994
Resident Engineer
Project consisted of 50,000 s.f. new addition to school and renovation of existing 100,000 s.f. building.
 Preconstruction management responsibilities included review of design documents prior to bidding, assisting the NYC SCA in bidding and awarding the general contractor.
 Construction management responsibilities included supervising a team of 5 at the job site administering the general construction contract, quality assurance, working with the Architect and SCA on design issues including cost implications, communicating with the school on progress, coordination of school activities with safety. This project received the Queens Chamber of Commerce award in 1994 for best school construction.
Handicapped Access to NYC Polling Facilities for New York City Department of General Services, 1988-1992
Construction Manager
A design/build project which provided handicapped access to polling sites at over 300 polling places in all five boroughs under court mandated schedule.
 Responsibilities included procuring and managing several Architect’s contracts for preconstruction and construction services at selected polling sites; working with the Architect on design requirements and allowable budgets established; obtaining permit approvals from Building Department and NYC Landmarks Commission; bidding, procuring, managing subcontracts, supervising five teams of two field supervisors each working in all boroughs at same time, obtaining Certificates of Occupancy at each amended polling place and reporting back to NYC Department of General Services on progress for their reporting to the courts.
 Project completed under budget and per court mandated schedule.
United Nations Earth Satellite Station, 1988
Field Supervisor & Construction Manager
 Project consisted of renovations and providing full support services in electrical, mechanical and general construction to provide foundation support and equipment installation for new earth satellite antenna. Work involved coordinating foundation requirements with existing United Nations south garden structural conditions above the FDR Drive, subcontract administration, field supervision, scheduling, cost reporting.

 Preconstruction responsibilities included schematic drawing review, estimating and scheduling, writing subcontract requisitions for procurement, subcontract bid analysis with recommendation for award to client.
 Construction responsibilities included all trade subcontracts administration, submittals processing with Architect, change orders, requests for information, requirements for material and manpower on site in accordance with project scheduling and compliance with contract drawings and specifications.
 Construction responsibilities with the Owner included contract administration such as compliance with master schedule and required completion/opening dates, Owner change order processing. With numerous change requests, Centers One and Two obtained TCO and opened as scheduled.
United Nations Headquarters (Additions and Alterations) 1978-1984
Construction Manager
The largest United Nations renovation since it was built to accommodate increased membership in all Conference Rooms and General Assembly Hall. The project comprised three contracts, one for complete renovation of all main conference rooms and the main refrigeration plant, one for building an addition to the Conference Building and the new 100,000sf North Lawn Building and one for the new Dining Facilities Building.
 Responsibilities included engineering and project management duties.
 Engineering duties included product submittal and working drawings management, materials expediting, processing Requests for Information, managing client change orders and subcontracts.
 Project management responsibilities included writing subcontractor scopes of work for contracting, subcontractor bidding and procurement, supervising the team of 5 assigned to the project, coordinating work activities around a fully functioning United Nations complex, managing costs to stay below the guaranteed maximum budget and provided the United Nations with quality construction.
New Jersey Meadowlands Sports Complex, 1976-1977

 Responsibilities included management of final testing, commissioning, and completion of Berry’s Creek Pump Station for Sports Complex drainage system, assisting in testing, commissioning, and completion of field work and contract administration work at Giants Stadium and Meadowlands Race Track.
