• Responsible for the overall scheduling of the project, to ensure a timely and efficient daily execution.

• Based at the company headquarters, I managed projects located in the Hill Country and the D/FW area.
• Projects included custom homes and estate homes in Vaquero, located in Westlake. Average cost per home ranged between 3-15M.
• Facilitated communication among vendors and the on-site superintendant, owners and architects.
• Responsible for estimating projects, writing up budgets and overall procurement.
• Communicated with clients and architects regarding the country club clubhouse, villas and casitas located at Escondido at Horseshoe Bay, located near Austin. Estimated project cost was 15M.
