Assistant Site Manager leading craft employees of more than 40 self perform concrete and masonry crew through entire construction process. In charge of Time sheets, Safety procedures and County inspections inside Building and Punch list. 05/05 – 09/07. C.O. was obtained 3 months before schedule and was awarded with “Project of the Year 2007” by ABC-Central Florida Chapter.
Wyndham Hotels and Resorts [at] Bonnet Creek – Building # 5, $55 million new Resort in Orlando, Florida. 15 stories, 200 apartments. Assistant Site Manager. Completed one month earlier form original schedule. 09/07 – 05/08
Wyndham Hotels and Resort [at] Bonnet Creek – Building # 6, $80 million new Resort in Orlando, Florida. 19 Stories, 300 apartments. Assistant Site Manager. In charge of 20 self perform concrete and craft employees through entire construction project including Time sheets, weekly Safety and Subcontractors meetings. In charge of Safety/OSHA procedures. Managing all County Inspections and Quality Control procedures/Punch list to meet all Owners’ requirements. 09/08 – 09/09.
b) Project Engineer:
Main tasks:
In charge on Blueprints, Plans, Specifications, Submittals, RFI’s, using Constructware®, track, review, coordinate and distribute all civil, architectural, structural and MEP submittals and shop drawings, ensure clear information flow between all disciplines and follow and track LEED® procedures. Conduct weekly meetings with owner and architects.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN VENEZUELA
Maracaibo, Venezuela 1977 - 2002
Structural/Civil Engineer:
25 years of experience in Construction Area, commercial, residential and industrial as a Structural/Civil Engineer. Performed structural engineering duties and structural lead on many projects. Review shop drawings, coordinate work with technicians, and did Major CAD work (AutoCAD 2010® and Microstation). Structural duties include Design, Calculations, Layouts, man-hour estimates, analysis of steel, masonry, and concrete structures. Major projects consisted of Venezuela Government projects (together with World Bank and IDB), private developers and Architects consulting offices. Successfully create, review, coordinate with all others disciplines including Architecture, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering, plumbing and fire protection, and complete all structural plans and detail sheets for a given project needed for 100% submittal. In charge of Management, Supervision and Project Manager for several projects including Condominiums, Warehouses, Hospitals, Commercial and Residential Buildings for Private developers, Venezuelan Government and World Bank.
